Tool features
Useful features for PAN card photo and signature resizing
Prepare both image types with a focused online PAN card tool. Adjust the crop and dimensions, review a JPEG preview, and keep image processing on your device.
Open the PAN photo resizerPhoto and signature modes
Switch between Photograph and Signature modes, then choose NSDL/Protean or UTIITSL to load that portal’s reference dimensions, resolution, and file-size limit. NSDL/Protean uses a 2.5 × 3.5 cm photo and 4.5 × 2 cm signature, both at 200 DPI and up to 50 KB. UTIITSL uses a 213 × 213 px photo at 300 DPI (up to 30 KB) and a 400 × 200 px signature at 600 DPI (up to 60 KB). These are editable presets, not a substitute for checking current portal instructions.
Flexible crop and output
Move the crop frame to position your image and adjust its corners while preserving its proportions. Set the width and height in centimetres, choose a portal preset, and preview the resulting pixel dimensions. Export a JPEG within the selected portal preset’s file-size limit. When an image cannot meet that limit at minimum quality, the tool reports the issue instead of saving an oversized file.
Local, private editing
Image selection, cropping, preview, and export run in your browser. Your image is not uploaded to this website, and the original source is not overwritten. Use a clear source image for the best result; resizing cannot restore detail lost to blur or poor lighting.
For an NSDL PAN card photo resizer or UTI PAN card photo resizer workflow, choose the matching preset and check the current portal requirements before using your downloaded file.Review the image requirements.
